Day 1

Receive a warm Namaste and a hearty welcome to India! Upon arrival in Delhi, complete the necessary immigration, baggage, and customs formalities. As you step out of the arrival halls, you’ll be greeted by a representative from Affordable Luxury Travel, easily identifiable by a placard with your name. They will assist you and arrange for your transfer to the hotel for check-in. Take the remainder of the day to relax and unwind. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Exploring New Delhi

After a delicious breakfast, embark on a comprehensive tour of both Old and New Delhi. The excursion commences with a visit to Jama Masjid, an architectural marvel and one of Asia’s largest mosques. This grand structure, crafted from red sandstone and marble by over 5000 artisans, stands as a testament to Mughal craftsmanship. Next, explore Chandni Chowk, a bustling wholesale market renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse array of shops. Drive past the iconic Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century. Also included in the itinerary is a visit to Raj Ghat, a tranquil memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. After lunch, head to Humayun’s Tomb, an architectural gem and the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. This masterpiece, built in 1570, served as a precursor to the magnificent Taj Mahal. Day 4

Adventure in Sawai Madhopur

After breakfast, proceed to Bharatpur railway station for your train journey to Ranthambhore. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, an Indo-Islamic masterpiece known for its architectural splendor. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before boarding the train to Ranthambhore. Ranthambhore National Park, named after the historic Ranthambhore fortress within its bounds, is one of India’s largest national parks. Initially a hunting ground for the Maharaja of Jaipur, it later became a sanctuary under the Project Tiger scheme. Renowned for its tiger population, Ranthambhore offers a unique opportunity to witness these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
